StratusLink, situated in Fox Lake, IL, USA, is a pioneering solution by StratusVue, a software company that specializes in providing cloud-based construction project management solutions. StratusLink focuses on automating the data-gathering and handling process to ensure a compliant, complete and efficient closeout process.
Project closeout is typically a slow, paper and labor-intensive process.Struggling to hand over all required documents and specs to the investor or management company, often delays final payment and is a big pain point for all involved.
By streamlining project and document management across the project closeout, StratusLink ensures that all stakeholders, particularly contractors, architects and investors, have role-based access to crucial information, significantly reducing the potential for confusion or information gone-missing.

When an architect designs a building, they establish a comprehensive blueprint not just for its physical structure, but also for the wealth of data that will accompany its completion. This involves specifying in detail what needs to be delivered and documented at the end of the construction project.

Our main objective was to create a streamlined user experience and a concise product architecture with the aim of insuring that all necessary information is accessible to all team members in a logical order.

One Platform for Gathering Closeout Requirements and Managing Projects
We designed a platform that serves as a centralized hub, streamlining the project management processes, data gathering and management from start to finish. Now, contractors can seamlessly track progress, allocate resources, gather needed data and documentation and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Contractor Portal
As a centralized hub for contractors, this feature provides an in-depth overview and tracking capabilities for multiple projects simultaneously. It enhances project visibility and coordination among different stakeholders. The real-time progress tracking feature allows project managers and stakeholders to monitor project milestones and progress with unprecedented accuracy.
Centralized Data Management
To combat data fragmentation, we developed a centralized data management system to consolidate all project-related information in one secure, accessible location. This ensured data consistency and integrity, facilitating better decision-making, reducing the risk of errors or closeout delays.
