WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
In this role, you'll design high-converting websites and landing pages, craft compelling marketing assets, and use UX research and analytics to optimize user experiences. You'll also manage content and workflows inside HubSpot.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Design and optimize websites and landing pages focused on engagement and conversion.
- Create marketing assets (PDFs, illustrations, videos, AI voiceovers, etc.).
- Conduct UX research (e.g., user testing, surveys, heatmaps) to identify friction points and opportunities for optimizing the user experience.
- Analyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar to guide improvements.
- Manage CMS tasks in HubSpot: build pages, create and optimize forms, set up emails and workflows.
- Set up and maintain automated email campaigns and lead nurturing sequences.
- Edit marketing and tutorial videos.
- Maintain visual and brand consistency across digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with marketing, development, and content teams on project execution.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- 3+ years of digital design experience.
- Portfolio of marketing materials and landing pages designed for performance.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Video editing skills (basic to intermediate).
- UX research skills and the ability to translate insights into action.
- Experience with CMS tools for website creation and page formatting
- Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, PPC, email, social).
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams is a must.
- English proficiency is a must.
- Bonus: Experience with workflow and email sequence set up and management
- Bonus: Basic HTML/CSS for customizing HubSpot email templates.
- Bonus: HubSpot certifications or proven platform expertise.
